Who this covers
Verified Case is an advertising and lead-generation service for law firms. This policy applies only to verifiedcase.com. Our consumer-facing lead-generation funnels operate on separate websites with their own privacy policies; this policy does not govern them.
What we collect on this site
Two things. First, information you choose to give us when you book a demo or contact us — your name, firm, email, phone, the practice areas and states you serve, and anything you tell us you'd like to see. Second, privacy-friendly, cookieless usage analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics): aggregate page views and referrers, with no cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no individual profiles. Because we set no tracking cookies, this site shows no cookie-consent banner.
How we use it
Only to schedule and prepare for your demo, respond to your inquiry, and provide the service you asked us about. That's the whole list.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — for example, our calendar, video, email, and hosting providers — and only as needed to run the service, or where required by law.
How long we keep it
We retain booking and contact information for as long as needed to serve you and to keep reasonable business records, then delete it.
Your choices
Email us anytime to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop hearing from us.
